To avoid no-shows and last-minute cancellations all first time clients are required to provide a credit card or gift certificate number to hold their first appointment. The card will not be charged at that time and you  may use a different payment method at the time of service, but any missed appointment with less than 12 hours notice will result in a charge to the card on file for each service missed.
